One thing I always focus on is to lead by example and only expect from others what you would do yourself. I also think about certain situations where my leadership skills should've been present. I analyze the situation, what I did in that situation, and what I could've done better to be a leader. <br><br>As for a weekly plan for it, I just go to the different events and meetings of the organizations that I'm in and I take notes not only about the content material, but also who the leaders are and what actually makes them that way, I guess my biggest view towards it is to always lead by example.
