Book Review – Fearless

by Max Lucado

Max Lucado is an incredible author with a talent that far surpasses most when it comes to writing.  He has orchestrated yet another incredible book in “Fearless.”  We have all faced times where we struggle to succeed in life due to our fears.  Times when we stop listening to God because he is not being loud enough for us to hear over all the noise that we have created in our heads because we are afraid.  In this book Max Lucado does an incredible job of taking real life stories and comparing them to situations in the Bible.  Thus giving us hope and a reason to not fear, for God is with us in all our troubles.

I would encourage any adult out there to read this book, it may even be a great gift book as the stories he tells are excellent.  I however, see this book as an excellent resource in counseling and guiding others in their walk with Christ.  He has broken it down into topics of fear that we all have dealt with or will deal with.  Making it easy to find a response to that parent or student who comes into your office afraid of the way their life is going and unsure of where God is at in it.

Personal opinion:  Good Read!
