Over the last couple of days, I have been reading it by Craig Groeschel. While the book seems to be another leadership book under the same principles that we have read from every other leader in the last ten years, this is still a must read book.
Craig does a great job of communicating several simple truths about leadership and what it is through some great story telling. The whole book really is a teaser to get leaders to understand that it is something that all of us can have. 
“So,” you may ask, “What is it?”
The best explanation I can give you is this: it is what God does through a rare combination of these qualities found in his people:
- Passion for His presence
- A deep craving to reach the lost
- Sincere integrity
- Spirit-filled faith
- Down-to-earth humility
- Brokenness
While this may be the gist of what it is, this book brings a lot more to life as you read. Don’t miss this chance to get an understanding of what it is and how it has impacted ministries all over the world.
